Spent 1 night here with my wife, had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel had a convenient location quite close to Downtown. Furthermore, close to restaurants.

Cozy stay with great location
I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable and clean Queen Room. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and close to the university. The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking.

The room was sparkling clean and fully updated. Despite being on a busy road, it was actually quiet, a rare find! Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying local attractions.

It was very conveniently located near the activities that were the reason that we were visiting Eugene. The room was clean and quiet and served our purposes for the trip well.
The price that Booked.net told me would be the "Final Price" was not actually my final price. Even though my paperwork said that it would be my final price a 20% "tax" was added to the charge for my room. I was fairly annoyed by this unexpected surcharge that was not listed or warned about anywhere in my booking paperwork.

Location feels very central. Room looked clean and had nice amenities like a fridge and microwave. Staff were attentive, offering a pleasant check-in experience. The bathroom fan didn't work, a minor inconvenience. There was also a bit of road noise, but it didn't keep me up at night. A cozy spot with room for improvements.

Great amenities, comfy setting.
Pleasant overall experience. Exceptionally friendly hotel, 5 minutes' walk from the downtown. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Comfortable bed in the brand-new room. Really helpful and especially helpful staff of the property.
